Two stage interview
Day to day management of Firms IT infrastructure including all application servers, active directory synchronisation; event log and time monitoring, management of firewalls, windows servers, and virtual infrastructure; implementing Azure cloud infrastructure platform; provides information by collecting, analysing, and summarizing data and trends in new technologies for storage architecture and capacity monitoring; Monitoring back up and disaster recovery systems; Evaluating, recommending, testing and installing new technology and suggesting for upgrade of existing systems; Contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing annul ICT budget; action plans; implementing GTIL IT guidance and directive; proactive reporting ICT matters to management; upskilling the knowledge to keep office ICT infrastructure update and relevant; Managing understudies by providing training and guidance and mentoring, etc. The candidate would also be expected to support the audit teams in evaluation of IT Security/ Cyber Security and ITGC controls.
Qualification and experience
Candidate should be at the minimum a Bachelor of Technology (IT) and should be a Microsoft Certified Professional with additional certifications as Microsoft Certified Solution Expert on Cloud (Azure) Platform; Microsoft certified Administrator on Microsoft windows server 2012; Microsoft certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) (including certification on Windows Server configuration; Virtualisation Configuration; Active directory configuration etc.). Additional certification on Sophos firewall and Cyber security will add value to the application. Potential candidate should have 10-14 years or more working experience working proving the above qualifications. Candidates with experience in audit of IT controls, ITGC reviews etc would be an added advantage, Position will be offered based on the skills and experience of the candidate. This is a managerial position the candidate should have experience in leading a team.
Competencies candidate must have
Network Maintenance including system administration, Server maintenance; Network Hardware/software Configuration, implementing virtualization technology; implementing Cloud solutions; implementing and monitoring fiber security standards including knowledge of Rapid7, implementing and maintain IT Governance standards and process improvement documentation. Additional competencies in CRM applications (specially, GreatSoft practice management, Caseware etc.); Project Management skills and Developing ICT Budgets will be an added advantage.
