The entities that operate under the Grant Thornton brand in Botswana are organised as an Alternative Practice Structure (APS), allowing a more flexible arrangement in terms of management and service delivery, incorporating innovative practices to meet client needs more effectively. This practice is in accordance with the applicable laws, regulations and professional standards prescribed by bodies such as Botswana Institute of Chartered Accountants (BICA), Botswana Accountancy Oversight Authority (BAOA) and Companies and Intellectual Property Authority (CIPA).
