Winner: Grant Thornton Botswana, “Quality Award 2022”

Our Botswana firm jointly won “Quality Award 2022” at the Grant Thornton International network ‘Go Beyond Awards’ that recognise and showcase what individuals, teams and firms are doing to go beyond for our people, clients and the community in 130 countries.

The Quality Award is decided by the Grant Thornton International Limited (GTIL) global leadership team and is awarded to the firm, team or individual who has made a substantial effort to improve quality and use it as a competitive advantage. When considering the Quality Award this year, the global leadership team felt focused on ISQM 1 readiness – the new international quality management standard. It is a unique and complex standard to navigate and comply with. The Award honoured the Botswana member firm for their commitment to comply with the requirements of the standard timeously, and also for the support rendered to other member firms by sharing best practices and assisting compliance within the region.
